Yesterday afternoon, a sea turtle was pulled into shore by a patrolling jet ski on 71st Street. The turtle was missing its back left fin and part of its shell, which produced a pungent odor. It was dead on arrival to the shore. Later in the afternoon, a digger arrived and scooped up the large sea animal.
